		<description>I agree with the statement about how you eventually come off the diet, so naturally, your body will revert to its former state.
A diet would work best, in my opinion, if it was - rather than an abrupt change - a gradual change. don&#039;t cut out everything bad at once, simply work your way up, so it doesn&#039;t FEEL like you are limiting yourself. By the time you get the healthy point you desire, it won&#039;t even feel like you had to restrict yourself.
Just some tidbits I picked up over years of reading health magazines :]</description>
