look at the horrible state of health of the bulk of society in the western world, who eats this way (eating meat is easier??). Is it really? Ask your digestive tract and your colon? Or you can just wait until you get heart disease, stroke, or even cancer. There's your answer. There's a price to pay and our society is paying it by eating this way (SAD). If it's so much work to get all your amino acids, then all these athletes would spend all their time eating and NOT have any time left for practicing and performing the way they do... obviously there's more to it.</description>
